Chris Blough: High School Director

Chris Blough: High School Director

We are happy to announce are newest addition who will be the High School Boys Director for NJ Hurricanes Lacrosse.  Chris Blough is currently the Head Boys Lacrosse Coach at Roxbury High School and teacher.   I think if you look at his resume below it will speak for itself, but in his short tenure with Roxbury he has won back to back Freedom Division Championships and was Rizk Division Coach of the Year along with being selected by his peers as the Group 3 All-State Coach of the Year.  Along with being a great coach Chris has been a role model for all of his players at Roxbury High School.  He has the same goals in mind and philosophies that go hand in hand with NJ Hurricanes.  Coach Blough believes in the concept first and foremost of playing for the TEAM, while working to improve each players love and knowledge of the game.  I was lucky enough to have been coached by his father at the youth level in Roxbury and attribute a lot of my success as a player to his father who focused on key fundamentals and nurturing each player with the enjoyment of the sport.  Coach Blough will be overseeing  8th Grade thru high school, and working in conjunction with myself to help you through the college lacrosse process through our extensive backgrounds.  We are lucky and extremely thrilled to welcome Coach Blough to NJ Hurricanes.
